Q3: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes, a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Q4: What if I never receive my item?
A: Contact support@davinciwager.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
Q5: Are your products sustainable?
A: We work with partners who emphasize responsible sourcing and production.
Q6: Do I need to be a DavinciWager user to shop here?
A: Nope! DW Collective is open to everyone — but DavinciWager subscribers receive exclusive discounts.
Q7: I’m a paid subscriber. How do I get my discount?
A: Oracle-tier users automatically receive 15%–20% off based on subscription level. Be sure you’re logged in to your linked account at checkout.
Q8: Can I exchange an item for a different size?
A: Yes — as long as the original item is in unused condition and you request a return authorization within 7 days of delivery.
Q9: What if the item I want is sold out?
A: Because of our limited runs, sold-out items may not return. Follow us on social for restocks or new drops.
Q10: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
